On 8 October 2025, Professor Cathy Sherry gave a seminar on “Using educational technology to embed sustainability and legal practice in the law curriculum” at Macquarie Law School. This seminar draw on Prof Sherry’s chapter ‘Climate Change and Housing: Strata and Community Title’ in Julia Dehm, Professor Nicole Graham and Zoe Nay (eds), Becoming a Climate Conscious Lawyer: Climate Change and the Australian Legal System (La Trobe University Press, 2025). The chapter explores how practical lawyering skills and sustainability knowledge can be effectively embedded in the core law curriculum.
